School Tech Supply will refund the purchase price of products returned within 90 Days of purchase due to defects in materials or workmanship.

One-Year Limited Warranty on Parts When Purchased Separately
School Tech Supply warrants all parts for one year against normal wear and tear resulting from the intended use of the product.  Normal wear and tear does not include any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper use or maintenance, abuse, misuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, impact, dropping, lightning, power surges, accident, personal or natural disaster, or other acts of nature.

Limitation on Liability
The maximum liability of School Tech Supply under this limited warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.  Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners.

Return Merchandise Authorization
In the event of a hardware failure, please contact School Tech Supply to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.  School Tech Supply is not responsible for any hardware returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Returned products should be properly packed, preferably in the original carton, to prevent loss or damage in transit. School Tech Supply reserves the right to refuse any shipments not bearing a Return Merchandise Authorization number prominently displayed on the outside of the package.  School Tech Supply strongly recommends the use of a carrier that tracks packages in transit and does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to School Tech Supply is provided.

Please do not return any hardware to School Tech Supply without a valid and authorized Return Merchandise Authorization number.
